'Version 1607' can be applied to version 1607 of Windows 10 Enterprise and Windows Server 2016 Datacenter except Nano Server.
'Version 1703' can be applied to version 1703 of Windows 10 Enterprise.
'Version 1709' can be applied to version 1709 of Windows 10 Enterprise.
'Version 1803' can be applied to version 1803 of Windows 10 Enterprise.

Steps:
1. Download LGPO.zip from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=55319, then LGPO.exe in "Tools" folder under respective version packages.
2. Run command prompt with administrator priviliges.
3. Run "RestrictedTraffic_Install.cmd".
4. Check the logs folder to make sure execution is successful.
5. For Version 1607 Enterprise, background apps under path "Setting-Privacy-Background apps" need to be turned off manually.
6. Restart the Windows.
